• Demonstrate a cooperative relationship between church, school, membership and community.
• Demonstrate a consistent Christian lifestyle as referenced by the Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, and Leadership Guidelines of Indian Rocks.
• Must be willing to become an active member of Indian Rocks Church and participate in services, Life Group, ministry, and tithing.

Responsibilities

• Reflect the school's purpose in every class and activity.
• Motivate students to grow in faith and understand biblical principles.
• Lead students to realize their self-worth in Christ.
• Implement lesson plans left by the absent teacher to ensure curriculum continuity.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning environment.
• Leave a detailed day-end report for the regular teacher.
• Incorporate biblical principles across activities and communications.
• Follow biblical principles in dealings with students, parents, staff, and administration.
