BIBIBOP Operations Leader in Holly Springs, NC is seeking a dedicated leader to guide daily restaurant operations, mentor staff, and uphold quality and service standards. You will collaborate with the General Manager to optimize scheduling, inventory, and guest satisfaction across a fast-paced environment.

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution. Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two years of experience in amanagementorleadershiprole within a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand forlong periodsandlift upto 50 lbs.
• Must haveauthorization to work in the U.S.
• Vaild Driver's License required

Depending on your skillset, years of experience, and leadership level, you may also be considered for the Team Leader role, which will be assessed during the hiring process.
