BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader in Columbus, Ohio to guide daily restaurant operations, mentor staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance, quality, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership or management experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Lead and motivate team to deliver Bibibop’s signature service.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback professionally and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliverBibibop’ssignature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Assistin training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two years of experience in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand forlong periodsand lift upto 50 lbs.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Vaild Driver’s License required

Depending on your skillset, years of experience, and leadership level, you may also be considered for the Team Leader role, which will be assessed during the hiring process.
