Job description

Mill Shoal Baptiat Church, Royston, Georgia, is seeking the man God has called to be our next bi-vocational senior pastor. The candidate will provide spiritual leadership and vision for our church in alignment with scripture and the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. We are looking for a faithful man of God that will preach and teach the inerant word of God.

He will provide administrative oversight of the church to ensure smooth operations and pastorial care as scheduling allows. The expectation would be approximately 15 hours per week but this would be highly flexible. Previous ministry experience is desired but not necessary. Theological training or a degree from a Baptist affiliated institution (or currently pursuing) is a plus but not required.
