• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BI solutions development lifecycle (planning, design, development, testing, deployment).
• Direct stakeholder engagements to define requirements and oversee wireframes/prototypes.
• Architect and manage SharePoint-embedded data portals for students and staff.
• Create accurate, high-impact data displays communicating district KPIs.
• Optimize SQL queries for scalable, high-performing reports.
• Develop reusable data models for district-wide reporting.
• Ensure Power BI reports are secure and well-integrated in SharePoint.
• Champion best practices in data visualization and UI/UX.
• Facilitate design-focused groups with principals, teachers, and admins.
• Document business rules and metric calculations for transparency.
• Contribute to long-term data roadmap and architecture.
