Job summary

SarelaTech is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer SME to design, develop, and maintain dashboards with Power BI and MicroStrategy. The role supports DoW networks and IT operations sustainment, turning complex data into clear insights for decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive BI experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teams to deliver reliable visual reports and data dictionaries.

Qualifications

• Requires BS with 12–15 years of experience or MS with 10–13 years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance at hire and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP).
• Citizenship: United States Citizenship is required.
• Core experience in data analysis, BI, and enterprise data visualizations.
• Familiarity with IT Operations and sustainment processes.
• Experience with ETL techniques and diverse data sources.
• Power BI and MicroStrategy expertise; SQL querying skills.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard development using Power BI and MicroStrategy.
• IT Operations support and data analysis for sustainment initiatives.
• ETL data extraction, transformation, and loading from sources.
• Collaborate with leaders to gather requirements and translate needs.
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Validate data accuracy and optimize dashboard performance.
• Provide user guidance, documentation, and training.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and SOPs.
• Ensure tools comply with DoW STIGs and IL protocols.
