Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a BI professional to lead data warehouse management, data design, and reporting for enterprise analytics.

You will collaborate with administration, finance, HR, and clinical operations to translate business needs into governance and BI solutions, ensuring accurate, timely information presentation. You will build and maintain SSIS/ETL processes, SSAS cubes, SSRS reports, and BI dashboards using Qlik or comparable tools, while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum Required Experience: 6 years.
• Preferred Education: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred Experience: Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering or related field is required in order to understand computer systems principles in relevant technology acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Data Integration & ETL Support using SSIS; write SQL scripts for data acquisition and manipulation across sources.
• Collaborate with administration, finance, HR, clinical operations, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into BI solutions.
• Coordinate data requirement gathering and support Workday reporting integration; provide dashboards and data management support.
• Develop and redesign SSRS reports and SSAS OLAP cubes; document development and methodologies for the BI team.
