Job summary

Benchmark-Senior-Living in Waltham, MA is seeking a BI Developer – Business Solutions to translate operational needs into reporting solutions, dashboards, and workflow-driven forms.

You will work across BI and Applications, building Power BI dashboards, participating in requirements, and supporting K2 SmartForms development. Strong SQL and communication skills are required, with healthcare familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI/reporting or application development.
• Proficiency in Power BI including report development and DAX fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building user-facing forms or workflow applications (K2 SmartForms, Power Apps, or similar).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases to debug report data sets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements and align with data governance standards.
• Participate in requirements discovery with business stakeholders to define KPIs and data needs.
• Conduct user acceptance reviews and iterate before publishing reports.
• Build and maintain K2 SmartForms front ends and integrate with SQL data sources.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Applications on project intake, prioritization, and delivery timelines for K2 work.
• Support testing and deployment of form updates and maintain form documentation.
