Job summary

Mondo is seeking a BI Developer in Waltham, MA for a hybrid role with 3 days onsite. You will design and deliver Power BI dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions that improve day-to-day operations.

Collaboration with BI, Applications, and Data Analytics teams will ensure governance and standards. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into dashboards and forms, defining KPIs, and supporting deployments and training.

Qualifications

• ,3+ years in BI or reporting or app development.
• Must have strong Power BI and SQL skills.
• Experience delivering dashboards, reports, forms, and workflow solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify the best technical solution.
• Translate requirements into Power BI dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Define KPIs, reporting requirements, form logic, and workflow routing.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards using SQL, DAX, and datasets.
• Develop and support user-facing forms and workflow applications.
• Integrate reports with SQL data sources and troubleshoot data issues.
• Present demos, gather feedback, and refine solutions.
• Coordinate testing, deployments, and end-user training.
• Monitor production reports for performance and data quality.
• Maintain documentation and report inventories.
