Job summary

McLeod Software is seeking a Special Projects Specialist (BI Solutions Consultant) to train customers on McLeod IQ and Cloud IQ, with emphasis on Excel and Power BI reporting. You will work with clients to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver analytical dashboards.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in analytics or customer-facing training are required. The role focuses on training delivery, BI tool usage, and collaboration with MQ developers to document custom specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in business analytics or customer-facing training roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI for reporting and data analytics.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting terms/reports is a plus.
• Transportation industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train customers and assist with report building via phone, Web-Ex, or on-site visits.
• Create reports in Power BI and Excel based on client needs.
• Collaborate with customers to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Document functional specifications and review with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide first-level support for IQ issues during training sessions.
