Job summary

Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Solution Analyst - Business Intelligence to drive data warehousing solutions and analytics for North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.

You will gather requirements, document data processes, collaborate with stakeholders, train users, and help govern data quality while leveraging Power BI, Informatica, and SQL to deliver trusted insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 3+ years in data analysis, requirements gathering and assisting user testing.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytical concepts.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Power BI and Informatica knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs, establish requirements and recommend impactful data warehousing solutions.
• Create and maintain documents for data processes and models such as Scope Analysis, Source to Target Mappings and Conceptual Data Models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Train and support users on leveraging business intelligence tools effectively.
• Support data quality and governance initiatives.
