Job summary

Neptune Technology Group Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer (BI) to analyze, program, and implement ETL, SSIS, and Power BI solutions in support of enterprise data initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product Owners to understand requirements, design data models, ensure data quality, and optimize data pipelines in hybrid on‑premise and cloud environments (Azure/AWS). You will work with the Enterprise Applications & Data team to deliver reliable BI capabilities, participate in agile

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI/ETL experience.
• Power BI Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with SSIS for ETL pipelines.
• Cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and implement ETL/BI solutions.
• Design and optimize SSIS packages for data pipelines.
• Develop Power BI data models and reports.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data quality.
• Support QA/UAT and agile ceremonies.
• Document data mappings and technical specs.
• Maintain data governance and security controls.
• Participate in data source integration and migrations.
