Job summary

CEdge Inc. in Saint Louis, MO, seeks a Reporting & BI Analyst to maintain and evolve the TMS reporting layer, including Crystal Reports, Cognos, and Power BI dashboards. You will resolve report issues, support annual batch cycles, and lead Power BI integration across Oracle data sources.

The role requires strong SQL/Oracle skills, experience with MoDOT-like architecture, and the ability to pass a background check. Remote/on-site as needed, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of reporting and business intelligence experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Crystal Reports and Microsoft Power BI (2.2.3).
• Strong SQL and Oracle query skills; ability to write and tune complex queries.
• Experience similar to MoDOT's current computer technical architecture.
• Experience with Cognos reporting (10.2+) preferred or equivalent platform.
• Ability to pass MoDOT background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update TMS reports in Crystal Reports, Cognos, and Power BI.
• Diagnose and resolve report-layer errors within a two-business-day SLA.
• Modify report templates for Outdoor Advertising and SQL data resets.
• Execute and maintain annual batch reporting processes for Safety, Traffic, and more.
• Lead Power BI dashboard development and Oracle data source integration.
• Support spatial reporting and ArcGIS data exposure as needed.
• Create and maintain Cognos report definitions and upgrades compatibility.
• Support SIMS reporting and annual save-down processes.
• Document report modifications and version-control definitions in GIT.
• Advise Program Manager on reporting scope and LOE for new work.
