Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Manager III, Business Intelligence for the Robotics Delivery and Packaging Innovation team in Bellevue, WA. Lead BI engineering to design end-to-end analytics, manage data pipelines, and deliver data-driven insights across multiple data sources.

You will steward SQL-heavy data architecture, ETL design, and metrics that power customer packaging and warehouse automation. Strong writing, coding practices, and ML/statistics know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience.
• 5+ years of delivering results managing a BI or analytics team, including development and performance management.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with ETL.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools.
• Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and manage a talented BI Engineering team to achieve goals and development potential.
• Define and manage a long-term vision and portfolio of initiatives to improve customer experience and business results.
• Drive a BI roadmap; prioritize requests to balance tactical and strategic information needs.
• Oversee the governance of key metrics, build self-service analytics, and engineer data-informed processes.
• Connect with the data community to stay current on technology trends and tools.
• Foster an inclusive problem-solving culture and continuous learning.
• Apply econometric/statistical tools to business problems.
• Enable quick development through project management practices and documentation.
