Job summary

Two Coast Living, based in Florida, seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations at one of our multifamily communities. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination while driving occupancy and revenue.

This on-site leadership role requires 4+ years in residential property management, team supervision, and financial acumen. You’ll manage budgets, payroll, and capital improvements, while delivering exceptional living experiences and staying

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of multifamily property management experience with a proven leasing/sales track record.
  • 2+ years supervising two or more employees.
  • Experience liaising with residents, vendors, and staff to deliver strong service.

Responsibilities

  • Run the Show – oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Lead the Team – hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance staff, fostering a positive performance culture.
  • Market Like a Pro – collaborate with marketing to attract residents and renew leases.
  • Drive Financial Performance – manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection is on track.
  • Be Resident-Focused – serve as the go-to contact, resolve concerns, welcome residents, and create a place people are proud to call home.
  • Keep It Looking Great – conduct property inspections, support unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards.
  • Stay on Top of It All – submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, and stay compliant with laws.
  • Stay Plugged In – engage with local associations, monitor competition, and build a solid community reputation.
