Bi-lingual Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Rep (Work from Home anywhere in the US)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Bi-lingual Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide payment assistance, such as co-pay cards or vouchers. This contract role offers the opportunity to be converted into a full-time employee at IQVIA. The role involves handling requests like card activation, program eligibility, and troubleshooting submission rejections.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide support via telephone, email, fax, or other channels.
  2. Assess and resolve customer issues promptly.
  3. Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues.
  4. Suggest operational improvements to management.
  5. Work approximately 40 hours per week, with multiple shifts available: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST, or 11:00 am – 8:00 pm EST.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required.
  • HIPAA certification.
  • At least 3 years of call center experience preferred.
  • Experience in medical claims processing is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Compensation and Additional Information
