Bi-lingual Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Rep (Work from Home anywhere in the US)

Role Overview

This is a contract remote role open to candidates across the US. IQVIA provides global healthcare solutions, including patient support programs, where your role will be to assist patients with pharmacy support, including payment assistance, co-pay cards, and program troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or other channels.
  2. Assess issues promptly and provide first-level support.
  3. Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues.
  4. Suggest operational improvements to management.
  5. Work approximately 40 hours per week, with shifts from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, including multiple shift options.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required.
  • HIPAA certification.
  • At least 3 years of call center experience preferred.
  • Experience in medical claims processing is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour. This role offers potential for full-time conversion and benefits, depending on company policies.
