Weber Refrigeration is seeking a Bi-Lingual Office & Parts Support Specialist to assist the front office, parts counter, and deliveries across our HVACR operations in southwestern Kansas and surrounding regions.
You will handle calls, emails, data entry, and parts support while communicating with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers and vendors. A strong computer/office skill set and ability to learn new systems are essential.
Weber Refrigeration and Heating is a full-service HVACR company serving southwestern Kansas, the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle, and surrounding regions. Headquartered in Dodge City, Kansas, our expertise extends far beyond standard residential heating and cooling. We specialize in comprehensive refrigeration systems, commercial kitchen equipment, ice machines, and industrial HVACR systems including building automation, chillers, boilers, and controls.
Our team brings together hundreds of years of combined technical experience, supported by continuous training and development. This commitment to expertise empowers us to deliver rapid diagnostics, same-day service, and energy-efficient solutions to customers across diverse industries, including restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, schools, and manufacturing facilities. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for skilled HVACR professionals who take pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and exceptional service.
The Bilingual Office & Parts Support Specialist is responsible for supporting Weber’s HVACR operation across the front office, the parts counter, and deliveries. This role answers phones, manages email and records, and keeps the office organized, while also serving as backup to the parts department and delivering parts and equipment as needed. As a bilingual team member, this person helps ensure clear communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, vendors, and coworkers. This is an all-hands position — on any given day, this team member will move between the office, the parts counter, and the road based on where the operation needs support. Success in this position requires strong computer and communication skills, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and a willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.
