Job summary

DSA Inc. in New Jersey seeks a BI Lead to drive strategy, governance, and delivery of dashboards and analytics across the organization. You will oversee reporting inventories and data quality while translating stakeholder needs into scalable reporting products.

The role requires experience in leading BI delivery with SAP BO, Qlik, Power BI, and Appian, and carries a requirement for active security clearance in support of DoD-style systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in BI, reporting, analytics, visualization, or data warehousing.
• CompTIA Sec+ certified and SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik or related BI certification
• Experience leading BI delivery with SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, Power BI, Appian, or similar tools
• Experience supporting acquisition, contracting, financial, and enterprise mission systems.
• Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead BI strategy, reporting governance, dashboards, and analytics.
• Manage report inventory, rationalization, validation, and modernization.
• Translate stakeholder needs into reporting products.
• Coordinate data quality, testing, user acceptance, and production support.
• Improve automated reporting and decision support.
