Job summary

DSA Inc. in New Jersey seeks a BI Lead to drive strategy, governance, and delivery of dashboards and analytics across the organization. You will oversee reporting inventories and data quality while translating stakeholder needs into scalable reporting products.

The role requires experience in leading BI delivery with SAP BO, Qlik, Power BI, and Appian, and carries a requirement for active security clearance in support of DoD-style systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in BI, reporting, analytics, visualization, or data warehousing.
• CompTIA Sec+ certified and SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik or related BI certification
• Experience leading BI delivery with SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, Power BI, Appian, or similar tools
• Experience supporting acquisition, contracting, financial, and enterprise mission systems.
• Active Secret clearance

BI Lead Summary

Leads operational reporting, dashboard development, analytics, metric definitions, secure reporting, and transition of BI assets and data sources.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ Years in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, visualization, or data warehousing.
• Comp Tia Sec+ certified and SAP Business Objects, Qlik or related BI certification
• Experience leading BI delivery with SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, Power BI, Appian, or similar tools
• Experience supporting acquisition, contracting, financial, and enterprise mission systems.
• Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
• Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$140,000 - $150,000 USD
