Job summary

Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare Systems (NBHS) is seeking a Business Systems Support Analyst to provide frontline IT support, MS 365 services, and BI reporting. You will collect requirements, develop data-driven solutions, and create dashboards. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

You will work with SQL databases and Power BI to support operational and executive reporting while ensuring data security and HIPAA compliance across office locations in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience in help desk, desktop support, or business systems support.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and SQL reporting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level I IT support via telephone, email, ticketing system, remote tools, and in person.
• Support workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Write, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate ticket and asset records.
