Job summary

Bitpanda, a leading European fintech, is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern to bridge data engineering and business analytics. You will build robust datasets, optimize dashboards, and empower data-driven decisions across Finance, Product, and Operations in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

As a current student or recent graduate, you will gain hands-on experience with a modern data stack and dbt, SQL, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in BI/Data Eng/CS
• Strong foundation in SQL, data modeling and relational databases
• Familiar with Git workflows and BI visualization tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced environments
• Prior internship or dbt experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify reporting needs with Finance, Product, and Operations
• Maintain data quality using dbt models, SQL, and Python
• Streamline dashboard creation and support self‑service BI
• Evolve dimensional models and core data layer for analytics
• Work with version control to maintain scalable data models
