Job summary

Monks is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to design and manage dashboards, reports, and data products that empower smarter decision-making across the company. You’ll manage the data team backlog, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into action.

Strong SQL, visualization skills, and experience with Python/R/JavaScript are essential. You will work across platforms to maintain data pipelines, deliver clear visualizations, ensure data quality,

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance or related analytical field.
• Hands-on SQL experience and data visualization tools (Looker Studio / Data Studio).
• Knowledge of Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Ability to translate data into compelling stories for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and autonomy.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams evaluate project and business performance.
• Manage the data team backlog, acting as project manager for ongoing initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets to detect trends, identify anomalies, and surface actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer analytical support and guide data-informed decisions.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines using integration tools across multiple platforms.
• Develop and deliver clear data visualizations and spreadsheets tailored for different audiences.
• Monitor for data quality issues and proactively propose solutions.
• Drive process improvements that enhance the efficiency and value of the data function.
