Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Houston is seeking a BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions. You will build Power BI dashboards, data models, and Snowflake components using dbt and SQL in collaboration with business partners.

You will translate real-world processes into data models, define KPIs, ensure data quality, and apply engineering discipline with version control and testing. This role offers growth and a collaborative, data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS, MIS, Math, Stats, or Business Analytics).
• 2+ years in a quantitative or highly technical role (data analyst/scientist, BI engineer/developer, data or software engineer).
• Proficient in SQL and Power BI; familiar with dbt for data transformations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions.
• Build and extend Power BI datasets and dashboards for global users.
• Model data and implement dbt-based transformations in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with business partners to define KPIs and reporting standards.
• Apply engineering discipline: testing, version control, and documentation.
