Job summary

RadNet is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Engineer to design and deliver high-value BI solutions across Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS. You will mentor analysts, lead projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to align BI with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BI, strong SQL, data modeling, ETL and cloud analytics (AWS/Azure), and excellent communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in BI or related role
• Expert SQL, stored procedures and query optimization
• Experience with cloud data analytics platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Proven BI project leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and maintains BI reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau and SSRS
• Optimizes database structures and queries for performance and scalability
• Translates stakeholder requirements into effective BI solutions
• Mentors BI Analysts to improve reporting and analysis skills
• Leads BI projects from planning to deployment, including data modeling and performance tuning
• Ensures security, data integrity and privacy of BI solutions
• Keeps up-to-date with BI trends and best practices
