Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL with complex joins, window functions, aggregations and optimization.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade dashboards in Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse.
• Familiarity with star schema and dimensional modeling concepts.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong communication to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL in Snowflake to source and transform data.
• Develop and maintain data models supporting scalable BI solutions.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure trustworthy data.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Participate in code reviews focusing on performance, readability, and maintainability.
• Monitor dashboards and pipelines, proactively addressing issues.
• Document data definitions, report logic, and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to reducing technical debt within the BI environment.
• Stay current on Tableau and Snowflake capabilities and promote best practices.
