Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer II to join the CDR Pillar 1 Strategy and DX Transformation team in Austin. You will blend analytical and data engineering skills to build scalable data-driven supply chain solutions and reports for business leaders.

You will design and optimize data pipelines, master data management, and visualization dashboards leveraging AWS stack and modern BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, CS, math or equivalent.
• 5+ years of data engineering and BI analytics experience.
• 5+ years SQL experience with data warehouses and performance optimization.
• Experience with AWS data stack: Redshift, S3, Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda.
• 3+ years supply chain domain experience (planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, procurement).
• Proficiency in Python and another modern language (Java/Scala/NodeJS).
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/QuickSight).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems and dashboards for business needs.
• Collaborate with program and product teams to improve data and supply chain systems.
• Extract insights from large data sets to support senior leadership decisions.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and master data management frameworks.
• Enhance analytics with predictive and prescriptive methods where appropriate.
• Own data integration design, documentation, and release management.
