Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer Associate to join the Business Intelligence Enablement team.

Based in Strongsville, OH or Pittsburgh, PA, you will help develop and enhance BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Insight Rocket to support reporting and analytics across the organization. You will guide users, troubleshoot tools, deliver training, and contribute to governance, platform adoption, and AI-driven support.

Qualifications

• Experience with BI and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases; ability to write queries for reporting
• Experience delivering training and enabling self-service BI for diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance BI solutions to support reporting needs using Power BI, Tableau, and Insight Rocket
• Maintain BI governance standards and documentation in line with enterprise policies
• Serve as a point of contact for BI user community, troubleshooting and communicating platform enhancements
• Lead bi-weekly BI CoE helpdesk and knowledge sessions to share best practices
• Support AI-powered BI tooling and optimize question routing and analytics workflows
• Assist with BI product management by collecting usage metrics and feedback to inform roadmap
• Collaborate with BI admins and stakeholders to improve reporting and user experience
