Job summary

The BI Developer at Ohio Machinery Co. will design and deliver strategic dashboards and reports to help stakeholders understand data and drive business results. The role is on-site in Cleveland, Ohio, with focus on turning complex datasets into actionable insights.

You will work with MS Analysis Services, Reporting Services, Excel Pivot Tables, and Power BI to build self-service analytics, maintain data models, and ensure data quality across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with BI data modeling and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end reports and dashboards using Power BI and Reporting Services.
• Identify impactful layouts and present metrics for self-service dashboards.
• Provide analytics and data visualization to support decision-making.
• Design and maintain data views and data models.
• Ensure data quality and security of enterprise data.
