Coherent Solutions, Inc. is seeking a BI Developer focused on Mental Health Care to transform Snowflake data into executive dashboards and self-serve analytics.

You will deliver production Tableau dashboards, data sources, and optimized SQL while aligning with stakeholder needs across operations, finance, and clinical leadership. The role requires strong Tableau expertise, advanced SQL, and experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Python to enable data-driven decision making in a telehealth-forward

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing enterprise BI solutions.
• Expert Tableau capabilities including dashboards, data sources, and Tableau Cloud/Server administration.
• Strong BI UX, data storytelling, and KPI development.
• Advanced SQL and Snowflake experience for reporting/analytics.
• Experience translating business needs into executive-level dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production Tableau dashboards from Snowflake data sources.
• Create reusable Tableau data sources and manage extracts vs live connections.
• Write and optimize SQL for Tableau data sources and move processing to Snowflake when appropriate.
• Analyze dashboard performance and optimize load times.
• Publish dashboards to Tableau Cloud/Server and manage permissions, subscriptions, alerts, and data source certification.
• Conduct requirements intake with operations, finance, and clinical leadership.
• Provide dashboard walkthroughs and light user enablement.
• Document metric definitions, dashboard logic, and usage guidelines.
