VARITE INC is seeking a BI Developer 3 to design and deliver advanced BI solutions. You will build dashboards in Power BI, develop data models in Databricks and SQL Server, and implement ETL processes to automate data flows.

The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to define KPIs, prioritize BI projects, and ensure data accuracy and performance in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience designing dashboards and BI solutions.
• Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate needs to technical solutions.
• Deliver BI projects on time and ensure data quality and performance.
• Leverage AI/automation to improve reporting workflows.
