You will develop complex BI solutions, dashboards, and data portals using React and Teradata, write advanced SQL, and contribute to health and human services programs with analytics, maps, and visualizations.

Qualifications

• Experience building BI solutions and dashboards.
• Ability to translate health and human services data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with React-based web portals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing complex business intelligence solutions and supporting data strategy leveraging acquired subject matter expertise to identify/inform opportunities/risks
• Developing complex dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data analysis
• Creating and maintaining a web-based portal using React
• Improve the delivery and management of health and human services programs by utilizing advanced analytics, including but not limited to advanced algorithms, data visualizations, and maps
• Developing and maintaining complex SQL queries and scripts to create data marts in Teradata and running ad hoc complex SQL/reports using claims, beneficiary, and provider data
• Participating in project discussions to document and recommend alternative technical solutions or requirements
• Participating in unit, integration, and system testing
• Maintaining effective communication and relationships with all individuals involved with the project
• Gathering business requirements and preparing analyses based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency in supporting projects and change requests
• Performing peer reviews and providing technical support/guidance to the project team
