Ōnin Staffing in Florence, AL is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Data Manager to lead a three-person team responsible for data, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.

The ideal candidate will combine technical, analytical, and managerial skills to turn data into actionable business insights and support cross‑department decisions. This role is on-site in Florence with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Previous management or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with data, reporting, and dashboards
• Ability to identify trends and translate data into meaningful business insights
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• On-site work in Florence, AL, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of three.
• Oversee data, reporting, and business analytics.
• Build, maintain, and support dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Prepare reports and provide information to support business decisions.
