Job summary

NorthHill Technology Resources seeks an experienced Software Engineering Lead for Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to support a mission-critical Intelligence Community customer in Reston, VA. You will lead a small team of developers and analysts to design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions, dashboards, and data integration pipelines.

The role requires strong SQL/PL-SQL skills, experience with Tableau/Business Objects, and knowledge of IBM DataStage ETL.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain CI Polygraph).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience in enterprise software development, BI reports and dashboards using Tableau/Business Objects.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to a 5-6 person team of developers and analysts.
Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions for enterprise financial and acquisition systems.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau or Business Objects.
Develop and optimize complex SQL/PL-SQL queries and database objects.
Support ETL processes and data integration (IBM DataStage).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
Troubleshoot data quality and performance issues; support production deployments.
Produce technical documentation and support customer requirements meetings.
