Job summary

STI in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Data Analyst to design, build, and optimize SSRS reports and BI dashboards. The role involves ETL work to load data into on‑prem and cloud systems, plus SQL scripting and data validation. You'll collaborate with the ACIT team and stakeholders to deliver accurate analytics and insights.

The position requires 4–6 years of experience, on-site/off-site flexibility during the initial week, and a hybrid work arrangement with remote options after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics and BI.
• Expertise in SSRS report design and deployment.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with ETL, data cleaning, and data loading.
• Ability to work with stakeholders on reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create and customize SSRS reports based on mockups from the configuration team.
• ETL: clean and load data to on‑prem and cloud databases; SQL scripting and querying.
• Develop BI reports and dashboards to support stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ACIT team, vendors and partners on reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation and ensure data quality across projects.
