Job Purpose:

The Data Analytics Lead will be a key strategic influencer, responsible for championing a data-centric culture and aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, deliver tailored business intelligence solutions, and foster informed decision-making through effective data visualization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Data-Driven Culture: Advocate for data-informed decision-making across all levels of the organization by demonstrating the value and impact of data analytics and BI tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to understand specific data challenges and design custom BI strategies that support operational goals.
  • BI Tools Oversight: Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of business intelligence platforms to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
  • Training & Enablement: Create and deliver training sessions and documentation to empower teams in using BI tools effectively and interpreting data accurately.
  • Data Exploration & Analysis: Investigate complex data sets to reveal patterns, trends, and key insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Dashboard & Report Development: Build and manage interactive dashboards and standardized reports that track performance metrics and key indicators.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess current BI practices and identify opportunities to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and user accessibility.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for analytics-related initiatives, building strong relationships with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Impact Measurement: Define success metrics for BI initiatives and track performance to evaluate outcomes and refine strategy accordingly.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker) and data visualization best practices.
  • Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and analytics techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across various teams and departments.
  • Experience with change management and driving cultural shifts toward data-first thinking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
