As they scale, they are seeking a sharp and proactive BI Data Analyst to lead their data operations and enhance their business intelligence capabilities.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and communicative BI Data Analyst with hands-on experience working with Amazon Seller Central data. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s data strategy and reporting infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where you’ll bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and actionable.
Responsibilities
● Own and manage the company’s data analytics efforts, from ingestion to reporting
● Clean, structure, and maintain data from Amazon Seller Central and other platforms
● Build dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau or Power BI
● Translate business questions into technical requirements and data solutions
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance
● Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards
● Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis
● Proactively recommend actionable insights based on data
Requirements
● Experience working with Amazon data is a plus
● 3+ years in a BI/Data Analyst role or similar
● Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
● Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
● Experience working with APIs, ETL pipelines, and data integration tools
● Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
● Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice to Have
● Knowledge of inventory, marketing, and sales data specific to Amazon
● Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data manipulation
