Job summary

Mercor is seeking a BI dashboards / performance reporting Evaluator to assess AI-generated outputs against quality rubrics. This is a remote contract role, offering hourly compensation and flexible hours.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in BI dashboards and reporting, fluency in English, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides and PowerPoint.

Position: BI dashboards / performance reporting Evaluator
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$120/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality evaluations.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in BI dashboards / performance reporting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

Preferred

• Master's or higher degree from a reputable institution.
