Job summary

Mercor is seeking a BI dashboards / performance reporting Evaluator to assess AI-generated outputs against quality rubrics. This is a remote contract role, offering hourly compensation and flexible hours.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in BI dashboards and reporting, fluency in English, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific rubrics.
• Identify errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Apply subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines with high quality.
