Job summary

Tiger Analytics Inc. is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to drive BI initiatives and deliver enterprise dashboards for global business teams. You will liaise with stakeholders, guide data architecture, and lead cross-functional delivery of BI solutions.

The role requires strong communication skills, 8-12 years in BI/Reporting, and hands-on PowerBI, Tableau, and Alteryx experience. This on-site position offers growth in a fast-growing analytics consultancy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science or related field.
8-12 years of BI consulting or related BI/Reporting experience.
Experience setting up processes (data governance, analytics, platform access, license management).
Proficiency with PowerBI is essential; knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define BI/dashboard solutions.
Analyze business requirements and design data flow and conceptual models.
Communicate data architecture to development teams.
Lead design reviews and wireframe/prototype solutions to meet business needs.
Build and support dashboards using BI tools; ensure data quality.
Collaborate with offshore teams to develop dashboards and scalable solutions.
Identify risks and drive mitigation and compliance activities.
