Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to drive enterprise BI and dashboard initiatives for global teams. You will engage stakeholders, design data flows, and communicate data architecture to developers, delivering scalable BI solutions.

The role requires 8–12 years in BI consulting, strong PowerBI expertise, and experience with Alteryx/Tableau. Excellent communication and vendor coordination across on-site and offshore teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

8–12 years of BI consulting or related delivery experience in enterprise/consulting contexts.
Experience setting up processes (data governance, analytics, platform access, license management).
PowerBI is a must; familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau desirable.
CPG/retail industry experience is a plus; strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements for enterprise BI and dashboard initiatives.
Analyze requirements and design the conceptual data flow and model.
Communicate data architecture to development teams.
Lead design reviews to ensure business needs are met with wireframes and prototyping.
Use BI tools to build and support dashboards for global teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support processes and solutions.
Manage client issue escalation and systemic improvements.
Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver BI dashboards and reports.
Lead data quality validation efforts and risk mitigation activities.
Ensure compliance and governance across BI initiatives.
