Job summary

Arcadia Financial Group in Manchester, NH is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to design and maintain live Power BI dashboards, translate business questions into actionable analytics, and partner with department leaders to improve decision-making.

You will own BI solutions, ensure data quality, automate recurring reporting, and promote self-service adoption while collaborating with our operations team and external BI partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or data visualization.
• Strong Power BI experience with interactive dashboards.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards for operational and executive decisions.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards aligned with leadership metrics.
• Monitor data quality across systems and collaborate with departments to improve accuracy.
