Universal Destinations & Experiences Internship Program in Orlando seeks a data-driven BI intern to join the Commercial Analytics team. You will analyze data, create reports and dashboards, and deliver insights using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.

You'll gain hands-on experience with hotel performance, marketing, and sales data, develop data visualization skills, and collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate data into actionable business insights while learning governance and analytics

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited bachelor's or graduate program with junior status or higher.
• Minimum GPA 2.8; transcript required upon application.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL; experience with Power BI preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from stakeholders.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Document findings and present results in clear, business-friendly format.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot data issues.
• Develop standardized KPI definitions and reporting metrics.
• Support self-service reporting across Commercial Analytics.
