Job summary

Villeroy & Boch Group seeks a BI & Analytics Specialist to refine analytics requirements with business users and build robust BI artifacts in SAP BW4/HANA, Datasphere, and SAC. You will develop both backend ETL processes and frontend SAC-based dashboards, while training staff and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications include a quantitative/technical degree and hands-on SAP BI experience, with knowledge of Google BigQuery and Data Studio valued.

Qualifications

Analytical skills and ability to present complex contexts clearly.
Experience with BPMN 2.0 and data-driven analysis.
Hands-on BI development within SAP ecosystem BW4/HANA/Datasphere/SAC.
Understanding of S/4HANA core processes for End-to-End BI
Familiar with Google Cloud BigQuery and Data Studio.

Responsibilities

Requirement Engineering: refine analytics requirements with users and define solution pathways.
Backend & ETL Development: build and maintain robust ETL and BI artifacts in SAP and Google Cloud.
Frontend Development: design and maintain SAC, AfO, and Google Data Studio interfaces.
Administration & Support: monitor apps and manage BW4/HANA and Datasphere users.
Enablement & Documentation: train staff and document in data catalog with AI tool use where applicable.
