Job summary

Klein Tools is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead BI delivery, analytics, and reporting initiatives. The role partners with business users and IT to translate needs into actionable BI projects, managing onshore and offshore teams and ensuring timely, quality delivery.

You will drive requirements, scope, and governance for BI/AI initiatives, while coaching BI developers and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

8+ years in BI, reporting, or data delivery with 2+ years coordinating projects

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between business users and IT for BI and analytics requests
Gather and document requirements, define scope, and hand off specs to developers
Direct and coordinate day-to-day BI team work across onshore and offshore teams
Coordinate AI agent delivery and align with AI roadmap
Maintain BI backlog and delivery pipeline and report progress
Oversee documentation for BI and analytics solutions
