Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in data analytics, statistics, information systems, or related field.
• At least three years of related experience in institutional research, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Argos, Cognos, Power BI, Tableau) to develop and maintain reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains enterprise analytics solutions to support institutional decision-making, including enrollment and outcomes analysis.
• Interprets analytical results and communicates findings to support planning and strategy.
• Designs, tests, and supports standardized and ad‑hoc reports using Argos and related BI tools.
• Administers reporting lifecycle for mandatory data collections, ensuring timely, accurate data delivery.
• Integrates and reconciles data from campus sources and EDMA to deliver trusted datasets for reporting.
• Documents data logic and transformation specifications aligned with governance policies.
• Produces technical documentation, user guides, and training for reporting tool adoption.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
