Power Solutions Group in Lincoln, NE is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst who lives and breathes Python and turns data into actionable insights. You’ll work with Python, Looker, and Tableau to build high-impact dashboards and set the BI strategy across the team.

You will own the Looker/BI tooling, collaborate with product and engineering, and help teammates grow to the next mid-level through mentorship and knowledge sharing. Flexible remote options and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years using Tableau in a technology setting.
• Strong Python basics and ability to translate requirements into BI solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and fix BI bugs reported by users and monitoring tools.
• Document the Looker system to accelerate onboarding.
• Translate Looker metrics into the leadership dashboard used daily by the team.
• Translate remote-friendly business requirements into technical specifications and tasks.
• Write Excel integration tests to catch regressions before release.
• Keep Looker dependencies patched to minimize CVEs.
