Job summary

JFC Staffing Companies is seeking a BI Analyst to join a growing analytics team in Central Pennsylvania (mostly remote, with quarterly on-site meetings). You will build dashboards and reports in Power BI, craft SQL queries, and collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs that guide strategic decisions.

The role requires 2–5 years of BI/data analytics experience, strong SQL, and data modeling knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years BI/data analytics experience.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL/ELT.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Power BI.
• Write and tune SQL queries; support data pipeline work.
• Apply data warehousing concepts and manage report security.
• Maintain data dictionaries and glossaries; promote self-service reporting.
• Handle ad hoc analysis and present findings to audiences.
