Job summary

Dexcom, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst II to deliver accurate analytics for Manufacturing Operations. You will build dashboards, reports, and analyses using Tableau, Looker, and Power BI, while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations teams.

You will translate business questions into clear reporting, apply descriptive statistics, and support operational efficiency through standardized automated insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years in BI, reporting, or data analytics.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations).
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Effective communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools following standards.
• Modify dashboards based on business requirements and feedback.
• Validate metrics for accuracy and consistency with KPI definitions.
• Lead complex analytics and support junior BI members.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations teams.
