Job summary

The Ascendancy Group in Coronado, CA seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst II to turn complex NLAP data into clear insights. You will collect data from NSW and NLAP, build models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and Tableau, and support the NLAP program and its stakeholders with on-site analysis and visualization.

The role requires US Secret clearance, on-site work at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, and ability to communicate findings to senior NSW and Navy leaders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, statistics, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum experience with data-collection, analysis, and presenting results to leadership.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect BI data from NSW and NLAP sources.
• Define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements; route information to stakeholders.
• Store and manage data in NLAP databases; maintain data-collection processes.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Develop models, reports, dashboards using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Create clear visual products for Navy and NSW audiences.
• Supervise Administrative Support Assistant supporting NLAP.
